Due to the nature of our products - handcrafted soaps, body oils, and personal care items - we don't offer returns once opened or used. Hygiene and safety are paramount to us and our customers.

That said, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you receive a damaged item, experience a defect, or have concerns about your order, please reach out. We're committed to making it right.

All products are artisan made.

We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our business, as hygiene products cannot be resold once opened or used. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a replacement.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally in East Gwillimbury, Ontario Canada, we make handmade products.

All payments are securely processed at checkout before your order is prepared and shipped. To ensure smooth fulfillment, all orders must be paid in full before shipment or delivery. This helps us maintain an efficient process and ensures you receive your products promptly.

Orders are promptly processed to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change,do it before either gets shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, for hygienic reasons, formula alterations cannot be made after purchase.
